Round models (6QP-800-R, 6QP-1600-R) cast a 215 mm diameter sheet — the crepe, popiah and dosa format. Square models (6QP-1200-S, 6QP-1600-S, 6QP-1800-S) cast 215 x 215 mm sheets, which fold into a spring roll with no corner trim and stack without nesting for retail packs.
The drum is cast as one piece and ground to a 0.05 mm tolerance, so it does not warp under thermal cycling. Proprietary electromagnetic heating replaces resistance tubes, cuts electricity use by 15-20% and keeps drum surface variation within 1 degree C under PLC control. Together these are why the last sheet of a shift matches the first.
