Choosing a machine
Which machine should I buy for spring rolls?
For filled spring rolls choose from the automatic spring roll machines: 6QP-3000 (3,000 pcs/h), 6QP-6000 (5,000 pcs/h), 6QP-12000 (10,000 pcs/h) and 6QP-15000 (15,000 pcs/h). If you only need the wrapper sheets, choose a wrapper machine instead.
What is the difference between a spring roll machine and a wrapper machine?
A spring roll machine forms the sheet, fills it, folds it and seals it in one pass. A wrapper machine only produces the sheet, which you then fill and fold yourself or feed into a folding station.
Can one machine make both spring roll wrappers and injera?
Yes. The 6QP-8045 (450 mm drum) and 6QP-12060 (600 mm drum) are one machine frame used for two foods. Each model has a single page describing both duties; see the injera application page for process detail.
What output range do you cover?
From 500 sheets per hour on the compact 6QP-3620 up to 15,000 filled spring rolls per hour on the 6QP-15000, and 9,000 square sheets per hour on the 6QP-1800-S.
Can the machine be customised for my product?

Do you supply machines for rice paper spring rolls?
Yes: the 6QP-3000-R (single lane, 1,800 pcs/h) and 6QP-12000-R (triple lane, 6,000 pcs/h). Both include the proprietary feeding, pre-humidity and softening sequence that makes dry rice paper rollable.
Technical
What wrapper thickness can be produced?
0.3-1.2 mm, stepless, at a +/-0.05 mm tolerance. The tolerance comes from an alloy-cast drum cast as one piece and ground to 0.05 mm, which does not warp under thermal cycling.
How much energy does the electromagnetic heating save?
Proprietary electromagnetic heating replaces resistance tubes and cuts electricity consumption by 15-20%, while holding drum surface variation within 1 degree C under PLC control.
What steel is used?
5 mm food-grade SUS304 on 70%+ of the frame, seamless full-welded and polished so there are no dead corners. SUS304 contains at least 18% chromium and 8% nickel; lower grades such as 201 rust in a food environment.
What electrical supply do I need?
220V / 380V / 415V, 50/60Hz; Schneider or Siemens electricals.
What compressed air is required?
Most models need 0.6-0.8 MPa. The compact 6QP-800-R is an exception and needs no compressed-air supply.
Will the machine rust in a humid tropical climate?
No. High-grade stainless construction plus corrosion-protected circuits and a wide-voltage stabiliser are standard. Gas-heated versions are available where the power supply is unstable.
How is daily maintenance handled?
Clean and lubricate. Daily cleaning is about 3 minutes to disassemble, 20 minutes to wash and 5 minutes to reassemble; chains and bearings take food-grade grease on a periodic schedule.

Can you commission the machine remotely?
Yes. Remote video commissioning resolution rate 98%+, by WeChat or WhatsApp video. On-site engineer dispatch is available with travel costs borne by the buyer.
What training is provided?
An English manual plus operation, commissioning and cleaning video tutorials. Wear parts (conveyor belt, scraper blade, sealing ring) are documented and a starter kit is usually included.
What happens before shipment?
Every unit passes pressure and stability testing. You receive a run test video, appearance check and packing video for approval before dispatch.
